With your extensive background in accounting, you will be expected to bring innovative ideas and strategies to the table, helping to streamline processes and improve financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of progressive accounting experience, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree and a CPA certification, which is highly preferred. Your strong communication skills and leadership experience will be essential as you guide and develop your team, fostering an environment where each member can thrive and contribute to the organization’s success.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the accounting team, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
  • Drive process improvements throughout the organization.
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their careers.
  • Collaborate closely with the CFO to align financial strategies with organizational goals.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with regulations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
  • CPA certification is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership experience with a focus on team development.
  • Excellent communication skills and a desire to lead.
