About The Position
The Controller position at our rapidly growing manufacturing company is a key leadership role within the Accounting and Finance department. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Controller will oversee all aspects of the accounting and finance functions, guiding financial decisions and ensuring compliance with internal and external policies. This role involves managing a team, driving the monthly close process, developing budgets and forecasts, and ensuring tax compliance, while also identifying opportunities for process improvements.
