Required Skills Position Summary: The Controller is to assist the Chief Financial Officer in accumulating and evaluating financial information used to report internally and to interested external business partners. This position must also provide leadership and coordination in company financial planning and work to ensure company accounting procedures conform to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles . Key Tasks and Responsibilities Assist with timely and complete interim and annual financial statements. Assist with improving the current system of management cost reports. Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Assists with establishing, monitoring, and enforcing accounting policies. Conduct internal audits. Assist with providing information for annual external audits. Assists with the daily operations of accounting/finance departments such as payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and job cost.
