About the position

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the accounting department and manage financial operations.

  • Oversee grant accounting and ensure proper reporting of grant funds.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience in accounting, specifically in grant accounting and nonprofit financial management.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • A degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.
