About the position

The Controller at Alliance Industries Plexus is responsible for managing all accounting operations, ensuring the integrity of financial processes, and providing critical financial insights to support strategic decision-making. This role involves overseeing the accounting department's daily operations, compliance with regulations, and leading audits while fostering a high-performance environment within the accounting team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements and reports.
• Manage cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including tax filings and government reporting.
• Lead the coordination of audits, both internal and external.
• Collaborate with leadership to provide financial insights for business planning and growth strategies.
• Supervise and develop the accounting team, fostering a high-performance environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in financial management, preferably within a mid-to-large sized company.
• In-depth understanding of financial regulations and audit procedures.
• Proficiency in an ERP environment, accounting platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
