About the position

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Hybrid Controller to lead a well-established team. This role is integral to the operations of the business and is based in Austin, Texas. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing a range of duties, including month-end close and financial audits. The Controller will oversee and manage all accounting functions including accounts payable and receivable, conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with established policies and regulations, and play a leading role in budget processes, ensuring accurate forecasting and efficient allocation of resources. Additionally, the Controller will gather data, compile information, and prepare reports to inform decision-making processes. This position requires effective interaction with diverse populations, fostering strong relationships with staff members and other department personnel. The Controller will also represent the organization positively to mission-related agencies and the business community, maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding operational, financial, and personnel matters, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, addressing and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner. Excellent organizational skills are essential to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities
