Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day financial accounting and treasury operations
- Effectively manage the finance team and maintain accounting records
- Oversee internal and external monthly financial statements and annual budgets
- Identify any budgeting or reporting issues to management
- Lead cash management activities to optimize liquidity and ensure effective cash flow forecasting
- Review and analyze monthly actuals versus forecasting and budgeting
- Coordinate with external auditors for the annual audit and oversee all internal audits
- Perform specialized calculations, operations analysis and modeling financial scenarios
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance
- 7+ years of accounting managerial experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
