Responsibilities

• Provide strong financial control and support to the senior management team.
• Work closely with management or executive teams to share reports and analysis findings.
• Manage and assist with company finances including tax, revenue, cash flow, expenses, reports, and ongoing financial reporting.
• Coordinate with external accountants for income tax preparation.
• Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
• Conduct high-level financial reporting and analysis.

Requirements

• BA in Accounting or Finance required.
• 8+ years progressive accounting and finance experience.
• CPA or CMA preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, including US GAAP, Sunshine Act, FDA, etc.
• Experience with creating financial statements, general ledger functions, and the month-end/year-end close process.
• Excellent accounting software user and administration skills (QuickBooks, SAP).
