Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and reconciliation of all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems while ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead all financial, program, and grant accounting and collate financial reporting materials for government, corporate, and foundation grants.
• Provide leadership in strengthening internal communications with staff at all levels throughout the company and create a positive and supportive work environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of accounting experience
• Experience with Sage accounting software
• Non-Profit experience
