Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop and maintain financial controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide actionable insights to senior leadership to drive strategic decisions.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff, ensuring a high level of performance and professional growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 7 years of accounting experience, with leadership experience being a plus.
• Proficient with accounting software such as QuickBooks and NetSuite, along with advanced Excel skills.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
