About the position

The Controller at HCA Houston Healthcare West is responsible for overseeing all financial reporting, including monthly close, budgeting, and corporate reporting. Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of accounting and financial reporting for the hospital.
• Oversee the monthly close process and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Assist the CFO with financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Manage budgeting processes and financial forecasting.
• Oversee revenue integrity and materials management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on accounting required.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Five to seven years of experience in accounting.
• Supervisory skills required.
• Hospital experience preferred.
• CPA preferred.
