The Controller will play a crucial role in supporting the CFO and senior leadership team by managing all accounting functions for a rapidly growing organization. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle high volumes of work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely financial closes and ongoing reporting. Responsibilities

• Support the CFO and senior leadership team in managing all accounting functions.
• Oversee a small team to ensure timely financial closes and accurate reporting.
• Handle high volume accounting tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead multiple projects as they arise, acting as the right hand to the CFO.
• Ensure quality and excellence in all accounting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business; CPA highly desired.
• 5-6 years of experience in public/private accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing accounting and year-end close.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong systems use and application experience.
• Experience working in a higher volume setting.
