About the position

The Controller will oversee all financial aspects of a real estate development and technology firm, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial information. This role requires a highly skilled individual with experience in financial reporting, analysis, and compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Oversee the financial planning and budgeting process, including forecasting, variance analysis, and risk assessment
• Manage all aspects of the audit process, including coordination with external auditors and preparation of audit reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA certification required
• At least 7 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis, with a strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory requirements
