You will conduct customer requirement reviews, addressing overall specifications, component selection, machine control layouts, and programming PLC and HMI systems to meet customer specifications. Additionally, you will implement complete software solutions, including programming PLCs, HMIs, and other third-party devices based on control specifications and drawings. Your role will also involve performing software installation, I/O testing, and debugging of PLC and HMI software, as well as participating in product and system design reviews, machine testing, installation, and start-up processes. The ideal candidate for this position is self-motivated, values freedom over micromanagement, and takes personal responsibility for their success. You will be part of an energetic team, working closely with other engineering and manufacturing personnel to resolve problems on the plant floor. Your ability to design and develop electrical control systems that interface with process manufacturing equipment and devices will be crucial to your success in this role.
