About The Position
The position involves ensuring the safety, financial, and technical success of all projects and work assigned. The candidate must comply with company safety procedures and conduct themselves with integrity and professional competence. Responsibilities include providing timely and detailed status updates, maintaining standards in a highly regulated, process-driven environment, and effectively organizing, planning, and prioritizing work to meet deadlines. The role requires communication with customers, vendors, and co-workers, and the ability to work as a self-starter and team player. The candidate must portray a positive attitude, proactively predict issues, solve complex problems, and make timely decisions. Additionally, involvement in the recruitment of new staff is expected, along with national and international travel requirements.
