About the position

The Project Controls Engineer will oversee the architecture and scope of controls engineering projects from initiation to installation. This role involves managing project meetings, design criteria, and team collaboration to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee new equipment electrical control systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain project timelines and critical path milestones
• Work with the engineering team to ensure hardware, software designs, and commissioning are completed within budget
• Maintain project design documentation and prepare customer deliverables
• Conduct end-user training on equipment operation

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 5 years of experience as a Controls Engineer
• Strong background in electrical circuits, schematic reading, design, and troubleshooting
• Experience in design with Rockwell and Siemens
• Experience programming HMIs
