About The Position
The Controls Technical Trainer at Amazon's Reliability, Maintenance, and Engineering (RME) team is responsible for conducting technical training and evaluations to enhance the skills of technicians. This role involves developing training materials, delivering instructor-led training sessions, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The trainer will work closely with various teams to improve training programs and assess their effectiveness in relation to business KPIs.
