The Convention Center Support Technician role at Boldyn Networks is focused on ensuring seamless connectivity and support for clients during conferences. This position is essential for managing on-site technical needs, providing customer service, and maintaining equipment to enhance the overall experience for event organizers and attendees.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of technical equipment and systems.
  • Interact with event organizers and attendees to address technical issues and ensure a positive experience.
  • Ensure all setups comply with safety regulations and standards.
  • Keep track of equipment inventory and report any damages or losses.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a convention center or event venue.
  • Proficient with modern audio-visual equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service abilities.
  • Basic Cisco connectivity experience, CCNA preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
