About the position

The Product Manager for Agile Field Force Solutions at ConvergeHEALTH will lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of field force technology solutions, particularly focusing on the Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud platform. This role is pivotal in bridging Deloitte's product teams with consulting engagement teams, ensuring that innovative technology addresses the unmet needs of agile field force operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive solution strategy and roadmap for agile field force technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value and customer feedback.
  • Lead the development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with agile principles.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and QA, to deliver high-quality products.
  • Define and document detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all solution-related inquiries and communications to the consulting teams.
  • Participate in pursuits as the subject matter advisor and conduct demos for the solution.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in implementation of field force technology such as Veeva CRM, IQVIA OCE or Salesforce.
  • Strong background in agile field force operations and concepts such as customer profiling, targeting & cycle planning, scheduling & call reporting, territory alignment, and Omni-channel service connections.
  • Understanding of data required to power analytics for field force operations, including Customer360 data, Sales Rep Engagement data, Claims data, and brand performance data.
  • Experience related to other commercial datasets such as market access and patient services is desired.
  • Understanding of GenAI and AI technologies and their application to unmet needs of field force.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Aha!).
