About the position

The Product Manager for Agile Field Force Solutions at ConvergeHEALTH will play a pivotal role in advancing field force technology solutions and products. This position sits at the intersection of Deloitte's product teams and consulting engagement teams, focusing on strategic planning, development, and execution of technology solutions, particularly within the Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud platform. The role requires a deep understanding of agile field force operations and innovative technology applications to meet the evolving needs of the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive solution strategy and roadmap for agile field force technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value and customer feedback.
  • Lead the development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with agile principles.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and QA, to deliver high-quality products.
  • Define and document detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all solution-related inquiries and communications to the consulting teams.
  • Participate in pursuits as the subject matter advisor and conduct demos for the solution.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in implementation of field force technology such as Veeva CRM, IQVIA OCE or Salesforce.
  • Strong background in agile field force operations and concepts such as customer profiling, targeting & cycle planning, scheduling & call reporting, territory alignment, and Omni-channel service connections.
  • Experience with data related to field force operations, including Customer360, Sales Rep Engagement/Activity data, Claims data, and brand performance data.
  • Understanding of GenAI and AI technologies and their applications to field force needs.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Aha!).
