About the position

The Product Manager for Agile Field Force Solutions at ConvergeHEALTH will lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of field force technology solutions, particularly focusing on the Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud platform. This role is pivotal in bridging Deloitte's product teams and consulting engagement teams, requiring a deep understanding of agile field force operations and innovative technology applications to meet market needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive solution strategy and roadmap for agile field force technology solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value and customer feedback.
• Lead the development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with agile principles.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and QA, to deliver high-quality products.
• Define and document detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all solution-related inquiries and communications to consulting teams.
• Participate in pursuits as a subject matter advisor and conduct demos for the solution.

Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in implementation of field force technology such as Veeva CRM, IQVIA OCE or Salesforce.
• Strong background in agile field force operations and concepts such as customer profiling, targeting & cycle planning, scheduling & call reporting, territory alignment, and inquiry routing.
• Understanding of data required to power analytics for field force operations, including Customer360 and Sales Rep Engagement data.
• Experience with commercial datasets such as market access and patient services.
• Understanding of Generative AI and AI technologies and their applications to field force needs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Aha!).
