About the position
The Conveyor Project Engineer will lead conveyor projects from the initial Statement of Work (SOW) writing through bid analysis and project engineering. This role involves developing and maintaining engineering standards, managing open engineering issues, and providing advanced studies engineering support.
Responsibilities
- Lead project engineering for conveyor projects from SOW writing to bid analysis.
- Develop and maintain engineering standards.
- Manage open engineering issues effectively.
- Provide engineering support for advanced studies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in conveyor engineering or automotive plant experience.
- Analytical engineering skills, particularly in layout design.
- Proficiency in Teamcenter and AutoCAD.
Nice-to-haves
- Associates degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience (15+ years in conveyor specific experience).
