The COO/CFO at Quanta Standard Inc. is a senior executive role responsible for overseeing business planning, operations management, and financial oversight within a quantum technology platform. This position plays a critical role in strategic decision-making and ensuring operational efficiency while delivering innovative quantum computing solutions to federal governments and enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Oversee business planning and operations management.
• Ensure financial oversight and budgeting on a daily basis.
• Make strategic decisions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide analytical insights for the organization and its stakeholders.
• Develop scorecards for investors and board members.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Quantum preferred.
• Proven experience in operations management and business planning.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a leadership role at both MNC C corp and SME levels.
• PMP certification and experience with ERP systems.
