About the position

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for leading and enhancing the company's operational functions, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction across all service areas. This individual will play a critical role in executing the strategic vision, streamlining internal processes, and supporting continued growth. The position reports directly to the executive leadership team and collaborates across departments to deliver high-performance results. Relocation support is available for the selected candidate.

Requirements

• 5+ years of operational leadership experience, preferably within solar, construction, or related industries.
• Proven ability to scale operations, drive performance, and build high-functioning teams.
• Strong financial and business acumen, with experience in budget management and resource planning.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative leadership style.

• Ability to travel between office locations and job sites as needed.
