Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to Raising Cane's standards.
• Ensure all food served meets high quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
• Take orders from customers and process payments efficiently.
• Assist other crewmembers in completing tasks to ensure continuity of service.
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and preparing food.
• Lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
• Kneel, bend, twist, or stoop as necessary during food preparation and service.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace.
• Ability to multitask and assist team members.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or food service roles is a plus, but not required.
