About the position
The Cook II position at Sodexo involves preparing and creating nutritious dishes while prioritizing customer service. This role is essential in providing high-quality food service during various meal periods and special events, contributing to a positive dining experience for customers.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and create nutritious dishes for various meal periods including Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events.
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items.
- Assist with the supervision of kitchen personnel or serve as lead cook to guide and train the production team.
- Reduce food waste and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
