In this position, you will employ batch cooking techniques to ensure freshness, quality, and timely service, while maintaining impeccable standards of food presentation and temperature control. You will also be responsible for responding adeptly to last-minute and specialty orders with precision and efficiency. Operating kitchen equipment with care and promptly reporting any maintenance needs will be part of your daily responsibilities. Collaboration with supervisors and colleagues will be essential to ensure a seamless workflow and exceptional culinary outcomes, making you an integral member of our Food & Nutrition team at MSK's main campus hospital located at 1275 York Ave on the Upper East Side.
