The Cook is responsible for organizing and preparing hot food items for breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals for patients/residents and the cafeteria. This role includes performing some baking and ensuring the next day's production for meals. Additionally, the Cook supervises kitchen staff in the absence of the Food Service General Manager, Chef, Dietician, and Diet Tech on duty.
