As a Cook at Bridge Senior Living, you will be responsible for creating a high-end dining experience for our residents. Our dining services are available seven days a week, featuring themed dinners, carving stations, and dessert displays. You will prepare delicious entrees, soups, vegetables, accompaniments, and garnishes while maintaining high standards of quality, temperature control, and presentation. Additionally, you will follow nutritional guidelines based on the resident care plan and ensure that the prep station and kitchen are kept clean and sanitized in accordance with food safety guidelines.
