Cooker Operator-2nd

The Cook Operator position involves cleaning, setting up, and assembling kitchen equipment, forming and cooking batches of filling, conducting inventory, and documenting all pertinent information regarding HACCP, traceability, and batch records. The Cook Operator will ensure that all needs in the kitchen are met and will coordinate all aspects of kitchen operations with the lead and supervisor. Additionally, the Cook Operator will assist with training and set-up as needed by the lead and supervisor.
