About the position
The Cookie Baker and Customer Service role at Crumbl Cookies involves preparing and baking cookies while also providing excellent customer service. This position is for the afternoon shift, typically from 12 PM to 6 PM, and requires attention to detail to ensure cookies are made to the highest standards. The role is dynamic, with opportunities to interact with customers and contribute to a positive store atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Weigh and shape dough for cookies.
- Bake cookies and frost/decorate them after baking.
- Maintain cleanliness in the open bakery environment.
- Interact with customers and fill their orders.
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements
- Must be able to stand for the entire shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Detail-oriented and reliable.
- At least 16 years old.
- Fast learner and hard worker.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous baking experience is a plus.
- Enjoyment of baking.
