Responsibilities
- Decorate cookies with unique designs and high attention to detail.
- Prepare and bake various types of cookies, including Italian butter cookies and sugar cookies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area.
- Operate high-temperature ovens and proofing machines.
- Collaborate with the team to create new cookie designs and recipes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cookie decorating and baking.
- Knowledge of baking techniques and cookie preparation.
- Food Handler Certification and Bakery ServSafe certification.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work in a high-volume environment.
