About the position

As a Delivery Driver for Insomnia Cookies, you will be the face of the company, delivering cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner. This part-time role is essential for ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the quality of service that Insomnia Cookies is known for. You will work in a small but busy delivery zone, providing a unique and enjoyable experience for our fans.

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner.
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers, whether in-person or by phone.
• Use Insomnia's delivery app to provide accurate status updates to customers.

Requirements

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Must have your own car, license, valid registration, and valid insurance.
• Must be able to pass a motor vehicles background check.
• Must have a smartphone with a data plan.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus!
