The role requires safe operation of material handling equipment in a cooler, freezer, or dock environment, contributing to the efficient processing of dairy products.

Responsibilities

• Perform picking, pulling, and building orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Palletize products and stage materials for outgoing delivery.
• Load and unload materials as required.
• Safely operate various material handling equipment and machinery.
• Work at any assigned station or line within the warehouse.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background, and criminal checks.
• Ability to stand, walk, pull, push, reach, and bend for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist others when necessary.
• Ability to manually stack and move cases up to 6-8 cases high.
• Willingness to work in a wet environment and in temperatures maintained at 35-40 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
