About the position

The Cooler Staff position at Lochmead Dairy Inc involves overseeing the picking, staging, and loading of products for delivery routes, as well as managing the intake of products from the production floor. Responsibilities

• Run product from production into cooler
• Build, wrap & load customer order pallets
• Assist customer at the back door
• Stock resale items
• Dump coconut milk on Wednesdays
• Work as a team to accomplish all tasks
• Mop floors, clean drains, dump bad product, and find leakers
• Rotate product
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Wrap pallets
• Pick, stage, and load trucks

Requirements

• Ability to move 220 lbs. of fluid product on a hand truck
• Ability to do mental math and take accurate inventories
• Good personal hygiene
• Excellent organizational skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to change
• Willingness and ability to learn new skills
• Ability to use a pallet jack (training provided)
• Good customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task
