About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stocker to join our team at 7 Eleven. The Stocker will play a crucial role in ensuring that our shelves are well-stocked and organized, contributing to an efficient shopping experience for our customers. This position involves heavy lifting, inventory management, and maintaining the overall presentation of the store.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload shipments, ensuring all products are accounted for and in good condition.
• Organize and stock shelves with products, including produce, while adhering to company standards for product placement and rotation.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels and assist with inventory management tasks.
• Utilize RF scanners to track inventory movement and assist in shipping and receiving processes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom and sales floor.
• Provide assistance to customers as needed, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations within the store.

Requirements

• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for stocking duties.
• Experience with produce handling is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners for inventory management is advantageous.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as communication with diverse customers is valued.
• Basic knowledge of retail math and cash register operations is beneficial but not required.
