About the position

As a Business Operations Coordinator for Wyndham Destinations, you will be responsible for delivering quality support for Sales and Marketing processes. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, managing company assets, and implementing operational procedures to enhance the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, business partners, and team members.
  • Identify ways to improve customer service or processes.
  • Collect and validate data when interacting with guests to ensure a quality experience.
  • Manage and protect company assets through all interactions.
  • Understand and implement operational procedures governing the business.
  • Support new initiatives and assist teams impacted by changes.
  • Maintain daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly reporting needs.
  • Leverage resources to provide quick support to questions as they arise.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Availability to support the business throughout weekends and holidays.
