Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient transfers across the Munson Healthcare System.
- Facilitate access to appropriate care levels for patients.
- Ensure top-notch patient care beyond the bedside.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes.
- Participate in clinical decision-making and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan.
- Associate Degree in Nursing or applicable CBA Nursing education requirements.
- Minimum of 5 years' nursing experience, with at least 1 year preferred from ICU, ED, or Telemetry units.
