About the position

The Coord - Store Development role at KnitWell Group involves supporting the interior design and development of retail spaces for various iconic brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and managing design materials, developing renderings, and ensuring that all design elements meet quality standards. This position requires collaboration across business groups and a strong focus on creating inviting store environments that resonate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Organize a sample library in the NYC office for design and construction materials.
• Develop renderings and feasibility plans as needed.
• Create and manage digital finish boards and actual finish boards.
• Keep track of items needed to enhance store aesthetics, including rugs, seating areas, artwork, and lighting.
• Assist with assembly instructions for General Contractors (GCs) to ensure successful site operations.
• Maintain organized shop drawings in a shared file for easy access.
• Develop 3D renderings and feasibility layouts for presentations.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Highly proficient in Sketch-up, Photoshop, AutoCAD, and Revit.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Business-oriented with a focus on quantitative results and KPIs measurement.
• Ability to adapt to new processes in a fluid environment.
