About the position

The Postsecondary Programming Coordinator 1 is responsible for managing and enhancing the District's AP, PreAP, and IB programs. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including other coordinators, College Board representatives, and CCMR directors, to ensure program compliance and effectiveness, as well as delivering training and monitoring student outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Operate efficient and effective systems for the District's AP, PreAP, and IB programs.
• Implement program compliance systems for AP, IB, and PreAP programs.
• Deliver district-wide trainings related to AP, IB, and PreAP programs.
• Monitor the effectiveness of AP, IB, and PreAP programs as they relate to student outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience working in the district/central office of a large urban school district.
