About the position

The Affiliate & Partnership Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing the affiliate marketing channel for Foot Locker's North American brands. This position focuses on developing and executing strategies that enhance revenue, efficiency, customer acquisition, and lifetime value. The ideal candidate will thrive in a remote work environment and possess strong communication skills, working collaboratively with partners and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation & execution of affiliate marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, efficiency, customer acquisition, and lifetime value across all North American brands
  • Launch, monitor, and optimize multiple simultaneous campaigns to ensure goals are being met efficiently
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations, updates, creator communications, and reporting of the recently launched Storefront program
  • Research, evaluate, and stay updated on new technologies and trends within the affiliate/partner landscape to provide innovative & relevant recommendations
  • Effectively communicate and present KPIs and strategic direction to senior management and other stakeholders on weekly calls as well as monthly & quarterly reporting
  • Analyze findings from internal data team, platforms, and agencies to develop insights and provide recommendations to optimize channel strategy
  • Proactively identify & resolve issues that arise, perform QA checks, troubleshoot campaign-related problems, and make necessary adjustments
  • Establish, build, and maintain relationships with new and existing partners, including loyalty, cashback, buy now pay later, coupon sites, and bloggers/influencers
  • Partner with internal & external teams to ensure affiliate program assets, promotions, product updates, and creative needs are met and delivered on time
  • Assist on Vendor Paid Media campaigns as required
  • Maintain and update internal documents, including budget tracking, to ensure timely and accurate updates
  • Provide support in scheduling and coordinating meetings between the affiliate team and external partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance or related field from an accredited university or college
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the affiliate marketing channel (internship experience will be considered)
  • Basic understanding of Affiliate Marketing concepts
  • Familiarity & experience with marketing KPIs such as ROAS, CVR, CPA, & AOV
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; comfortable with pivot tables, formatting, customizing reports, etc.
  • Comfortable liaising with internal stakeholders, affiliate partners, and agency contacts
  • Experience with an Affiliate Network (Commission Junction, Impact, LinkShare, ShareASale, etc.) preferred but not required
