About the position

The Coordinator in the Airport Operations Center at Global Elite Group plays a crucial role in supporting aviation security operations. This position involves managing personnel sick calls, operational coverage, and daily reporting, ensuring effective communication and coordination among stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling high call volumes while maintaining a positive outlook and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Handling all incoming calls to the airport operations center
  • Following established protocol for handling, documenting, and reporting sick calls to operations management
  • Sourcing, confirming, and reporting daily coverage for all vacant posts
  • Reporting possible service failures to AOC manager and station manager in a timely fashion
  • Maintaining current contact lists and employee status or eligibility
  • Communicating any issues or incidents reported into the AOC by security officers or supervisors in a timely manner
  • Assisting the team with special projects as needed
  • Ensuring all coverage memos are sent in a timely fashion with accurate information

Requirements

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Sharepoint
  • Previous Aviation or call center experience is preferred but not required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify
