About the position

The Coordinator of Benefits & Wellness at EduServe plays a crucial role in promoting and implementing wellness programs within the organization. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about inspiring and motivating young learners while ensuring that employees have access to comprehensive benefits and wellness initiatives. The coordinator will assist with employee enrollment, conduct orientations, and lead wellness committee meetings, all aimed at enhancing employee well-being and participation in health-related activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist employees with enrollment and eligibility questions.
• Conduct new hire orientation explaining benefits and assisting with the enrollment process.
• Provide ongoing support to the benefits teams with the leaves program.
• Lead, coordinate, and contribute to all wellness committee meetings.
• Act as a liaison to gather ideas, boost participation, and sustain interest in wellness.
• Maintain company-wide wellness initiatives and programs.
• Facilitate activities such as onsite health screenings, lunch and learn seminars, blood drives, and fitness classes.
• Prepare reporting on the impact of wellness programming and initiatives.
• Enhance program opportunities to personalize and increase employee participation.
• Develop and promote activities emphasizing well-being and healthy lifestyles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a health-related area such as health education, medical, wellness, or fitness preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of work experience with health promotions and wellness programs preferred.
• Required knowledge of all Microsoft Office Products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, articulate presentation skills, and self-motivation.
• Experience working in a team environment as a team leader/facilitator/influencer.
