As a Business Operations Coordinator for Wyndham Destinations, you will play a crucial role in delivering quality support for our Sales and Marketing processes. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and ensuring operational excellence. You will be responsible for protecting data integrity throughout our systems and partnering with your team and leadership to implement changes or new initiatives that enhance our service delivery. In this role, you will be part of the Business Operations team, which is dedicated to supporting the steps that put the world on vacation and create memories of a lifetime for our guests. Your daily tasks will involve interacting with guests and business partners, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and managing company assets effectively. You will also be responsible for maintaining various reporting needs, which may include daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports. Your ability to leverage resources such as your team, leadership, and procedural guides will be essential in providing quick and effective support to questions as they arise. You will collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams, Human Resources, Resort Operations leadership, and Wyndham Corporate to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery. Examples of projects you will work on include validating data, supporting the integration of new processes, managing incoming reservations, and auditing inventory on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, business partners, and team.
  • Identify ways in which to improve our customer service or processes.
  • Collect and/or validate data when interacting with our guests to ensure they receive the best experience with us.
  • Manage and protect company assets through all interactions.
  • Understand and implement operational procedures that govern our business.
  • Support new initiatives and help teams that are impacted by these changes.
  • Maintain daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly reporting needs.
  • Successfully leverage your resources (your team, leadership, procedural guides, etc.) to provide quick support to questions as they arise.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Availability to support the business throughout weekends and holidays.
  • Experience delivering outstanding customer service.
