About the position

At PRA Group, we invite you to explore a future with us as a Coordinator for Compliance Projects. This role is essential in assisting management by responding to requests originating from seller audits and regulatory authorities. You will be responsible for working on special compliance-related investigations and coordinating responses to Regulatory Examinations. Additionally, you will conduct data pulls for regulatory requests, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and organized efficiently. In this position, you will assist with the timely collection of responses to seller questionnaires, reviewing them to ensure they appropriately address the requests. You will develop and manage a master repository of responses, which will be crucial for maintaining compliance and facilitating audits. Your role will also involve supporting the department manager in preparing for on-site audits and assessments, managing the assessment process, and facilitating meetings as applicable. To succeed in this role, you must maintain a current knowledge of applicable consumer protection laws and regulations, as well as the business operations and internal Compliance policies and procedures. You will provide ongoing support to compliance-related processes identified by management and develop and produce regular and ad-hoc reports at the direction of the Manager, Compliance. This position requires a proactive approach and the ability to work collaboratively with employees and clients, leading teams to successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing support to compliance-related processes identified by Management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • 1-3 years of related and pertinent work experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Effective organizational, communication, time-management, and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Superior written, verbal, and oral communication skills.
