About the position

SkyWest Airlines is seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as a Crew Administration Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our flight crew schedules, which is vital for maintaining our reputation as the largest regional airline in the United States. You will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating schedule coverage for all pilot and flight attendant schedules, particularly during Leaves of Absence. This involves not only tracking schedules but also providing necessary support to new hires throughout their Initial Operating Experience (IOE) process. Additionally, you will work closely with the Training Department to schedule all Continuing Qualification classes, Requal Training, Special Tracking, and Remedial Training. Your organizational skills will be essential as you manage classroom, instructor, and auditor schedules, ensuring that all training sessions are conducted efficiently. You will also be tasked with scheduling Line Checks and conformity checks as needed, as well as completing Monthly Bid Adjustments. This position is based at our headquarters in St. George, Utah, and requires a commitment to a schedule of four 10-hour shifts, including one weekend day once fully trained. Responsibilities

  • Monitor and coordinate schedule coverage for all pilot and flight attendant schedules for Leave of Absence.
  • Schedule and track new hire progress and provide support as necessary through the IOE (Initial Operating Experience) process.
  • Coordinate with Training Department for scheduling of all Continuing Qualification classes, Requal Training, Special Tracking, and Remedial Training.
  • Manage all classroom, instructor, and auditor schedules.
  • Schedule Line Checks and conformity checks as necessary.
  • Completion of Monthly Bid Adjustment.
