84 Lumber is seeking a dedicated Coordinator / Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Dallas, TX. The Coordinator will play a vital role in assisting salespeople with their customer service activities, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support and satisfaction. In this role, you will be responsible for creating estimates based on quotations provided by sales staff, sourcing the necessary products to fulfill job requirements, and managing customer and vendor communications. Your ability to respond quickly and efficiently to inquiries will be crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellent service. Additionally, you will oversee the accurate invoicing of materials, ensuring that customers receive their monthly invoices in a timely manner. The Coordinator will also assist with accounts receivable tasks, including timely customer collections, and may have some store maintenance responsibilities as assigned by the Store Manager.
