About the position

The Coordinator, Field Marketing position at Constellation Brands is responsible for managing various administrative tasks within the Field Marketing department. This includes handling purchase orders, vendor setups, invoice processing, and troubleshooting within the Ariba system. The role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the marketing team and with external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Open and manage Field Marketing department purchase orders.
  • Resolve Ariba issues as they occur and set up new vendors as needed within the Ariba system.
  • Update BU finance trackers with forecast dates and actuals.
  • Process finance reclasses between internal budget groups.
  • Load distributor billbacks to Anaplan each month.
  • Assist FMA in the POS ordering process, including order template creation and sales communications.
  • Consolidate order forms for the POS ordering process.
  • Manage contract routing to key stakeholders and save contracts to the Field Marketing contract hub.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience, with an emphasis in business or marketing preferred.
  • A minimum of one year experience working in a fast-paced sales or marketing environment, preferably with a consumer package goods company.
  • Previous experience coordinating and supporting a headquarters and remote-based team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work with individuals at all levels.
  • Proficiency with software including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Decisive, assertive, detail-oriented, and analytical with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset that takes initiative and can manage multiple projects at once.
