About the position

The Coordinator Finance Ops - Finance Vendor Management position at Ahold Delhaize USA is responsible for conducting audits related to vendor management, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and supporting the Admin II team. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the integrity of vendor data and facilitating effective communication with vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Perform audit of GIACT results to ensure appropriate validation of banking information, ensuring vendors are set-up accurately and take appropriate action based on findings.
  • Perform audit of TINCheck results to ensure payers file accurately reflects payee TIN and Name combinations and take appropriate action based on findings.
  • Perform audit of D&B results to ensure credit checks are accurately reflected and take appropriate action based on findings.
  • Perform audit on critical attributes within VMDM application to ensure compliance with internal controls.
  • Participate in VMDM demo/SIT/UAT testing.
  • Assist in researching and resolving inquiries from vendors, VMO and/or VMDM.
  • Ensure VMO and VMDM escalation spreadsheet is appropriately updated for identified issues.
  • Audit/review of Sega, ensuring set-ups/updates are appropriately reflected.
  • Provide guidance and training to other team members (Administrator II team members), assisting them in prioritizing their day-to-day work/tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
  • 2-4 years' experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to navigate through various databases/systems
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and balance large workload to meet deadlines.
