Responsibilities

• Welcomes visitors to the Office of the Provost and provides necessary materials.
• Facilitates communication and correspondence on behalf of the Office of the Provost.
• Coordinates daily operations for the Provost's Office budget and internal grant budget.
• Processes requisitions for payment and reconciles the budget.
• Reviews and reconciles monthly Visa statements for departments within Academic Affairs.
• Coordinates CBU Internal Grant operations and tracks spending.
• Provides reports to the faculty development committee and facilitates communication regarding awards.
• Creates and maintains training resources related to academic affairs operations.
• Optimizes experience for virtual meeting attendees and assists with preparation and set-up.
• Provides support for various faculty and staff events and celebrations.
• Manages the Provost's Office calendar and schedules appointments.
• Processes paperwork for the Advanced Study Tuition Reimbursement Program.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated ability to uphold the University's Christ-centered mission and values.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to plan, develop, and coordinate multiple projects.
• Proficiency in personal computers and related software applications.
